An open letter from a BPD to a non-BPD

In this video, originated from an open letter of a BPD sufferer who healed through DBT, the BPD is presented in a way that everyone could understand what is BPD really like.

Also, this is a great contribution to take away a BPD stigma from the society.

Please, watch it.

Hello Tina, I am not a sufferer, I know of no one with BPD before meeting you, and therefore I have not experienced its effect(s) as described in the video. But after watching it, I am now beginning to have a clearer picture what BPD is and can do to the sufferer and the people around them. Thank you for enlightening me on this subject. We may have just ‘met’ and in all likelihood, we may never even cross each other’s paths in ‘real’ time but I am determined now more than ever to be someone you would call a friend. And so, from one non-BPD to a BPD, I now extend a friendship hand and hope you will accept it 🙂
    Have a great day ahead!

      Hi Raroto,
first of all, thanks for watching the video. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your…kind, empathic, thoughtful, caring words.
Real world is today’s biggest delusion. You can make more social interactions, here in this reality.

And in the real world, oh, so many people exist, but it doesn’t mean humanity as such is present. If you know what I mean.

So, from the one part of the world, I’m sending you a friend hug. A handshake is acceptable also, but now I’m in the state of giving you a hug. As a friend. 🙂

Thank you Raroto. Have a wonderful day! 😀
