DBT..what to say about DBT? Tried it. Didn’t work for me. Why? I do not know, as my psych does not know. But, I’ll keep searching for a treatment that suits me.
Mindfulness is at the center of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). You have read about what mindfulness practice consists of, I’d like to continue with how it is practiced according to DBT.
